Our specific objective is to raise and direct charitable gifts to organizations that serve the underprivileged, underachieving, neglected, and disadvantaged individuals. Ideally organizations that target assistance to individuals that despite their own high ambitions to succeed they find themselves underachieving with a need for a little help to reach their goals. As the adage tells us, not people looking for free fish, but looking for lessons on how to fish so they can feed themselves. Our further focus is toward women, children, and veterans.

Maureen, Killian, and Abigael McShane, and Ben Putman (not shown), share the conviction that this is a key to helping the underprivileged achieve individual success. In 2021 our patriarch, Paul J. McShane, was diagnosed with terminal cancer. That was our family's queue from God to come together and act now to help the world in a worthy and lasting way. Our faith told us this is best done by helping the needy, or individuals that may be disadvantaged, become stronger. That is, help individuals that hav
In 2021 our patriarch, Paul J. McShane, was diagnosed with terminal cancer. That was our family's queue from God to come together and act now to help the world in a worthy and lasting way. Our faith told us this is best done by helping the needy, or individuals that may be disadvantaged, become stronger. That is, help individuals that have the least to join those earning the most. So by 2022 the McShane family formalized our commitment to this goal with the formation of the McShane Family Foundation. This organization is designed to drive our contribution to positively impact the course of the life of persons in need, and in turn society as a whole.
